How to Add Your Team Roster
Great job! You successfully registered your Trace account. It is now time to enter your team roster.
Why should I add a roster?
Adding a roster takes the workload off of you. Instead of having to share the video with your team afterward, Trace will send an email automatically to every player and parent with personalized playlists for each recipient.
In your TraceCase, you will find 20 Tracers. We recommend that coaches and managers assign Tracers to their athletes before the first game (this will make your life easier).
How do I create a roster?
Step 1. Find your team at traceup.com/findteam.
Step 2. Select Roster from the menu options.
Step 3. You will notice 20 Tracer slots. You can assign players by tapping on any unclaimed Tracer to register the name, email, and parental information of each player.
After completion, your athlete and their family will get email notifications with their Player Moments every time a new game has been Traced.
What do I do if my child does not have his/her own email?
If a child doesn't have their own email, you can enter a parent email in lieu of the child's. Note: every email used must be unique and cannot be used twice.
