Harness the Power of Video & Data

Communicate Better

In the absence of quantitative data, telling a player about his/her performance is not enough. That’s why Trace records both video footage and performance data. This way coaches can easily discover trends and show them to their players.

With video, you can illustrate exactly what a player did. There is no need to argue about whether or not they ran close to the sideline. The video doesn't lie. That’s why video is so useful. It increases the ability to understand strength and shortcomings.

Performance Data

Then, with performance data, you can show players exactly why you believe they could have tried harder. Look... last game you gave me 30 max efforts. Today you only gave me 15. I need more from you. Then a player can review their player playlist to find the exact moments they need. Or, you can compare one player to another. Either way, using video and data allows you to truly communicate performance.

TL/DR: Teach players by showing, not telling, with video & data.
